Indoor cycling is the newest fad for fitness fanatics! You control your own speed and resistance, making it a great workout for those of all shapes, sizes, ages and athletic abilities. All classes accommodate all levels of experience. You’ll build up strength and endurance while burning an average of 500-800 calories in each one-hour class session. Optional hand weights are available to add to the head-to-toe workout. This non-impact workout simulates riding through different terrains at varying speeds without the outdoor hazards. Lose yourself in the motivating music through a visionary ride up Mt. GO LEGS, INC. HAS TWO TEACHING STYLES:

KMO Style (K Mo, Regan, Courtney, Netanya, Juliet)
This one hour workout offers a warm-up and 45 minutes of cardio that includes sprints and hills with and without tension while recovering in between songs with water breaks. Series can be short and fast, long and slow, back-to-back, in and out of saddle while in different hand positions and all are done with proper form using a strong core. This head-to-toe workout includes use of abs and isolated arms before a cool down and thorough stretch. Motivating music and energetic teachers take you through a ride that no two are ever the same which allows the rider to positively "trick" the body, therefore achieving a fit being.

Rough Rider Style (Sue, Kempton, Kevin)
These experienced instructors take you through a workout with a good warm-up right into different stages of intensity. Tension may be small, moderate or difficult. Pedaling form described by the instructor allows the rider to challenge him or herself the entire workout. Stage one through stage four occurs through longer series with fewer breaks, therefore building overall endurance. Each class offers the rider a challenge to improve individual strength while digging deep within to increase mental focus. The cool down and stretch is a big reward from this tough workout!

TEEN CLASS
Twice a week we offer a class especially for teens.  It is a great opportunity for some "down time" after school to exercise.  It is good for those in between sports, looking for a great way to get in shape, bonding time with friends, or just staying out of trouble! Remember water is provided. 

NEW RIDERS

All classes accommodate all levels of experience. If you’re new to indoor cycling please let your instructor know and he or she can help you adjust your bike and answer any questions. We recommend that first time riders come to class about 15 minutes early.

EQUIPMENT

Go Legs, Inc.™ houses 28 new LeMond® cycles. Our bikes all have extended handle bars and adjustable features to fit any size. Padded seats are available for sale and FREE towels and bottled water are offered for every class!
