KAREN MOYER (Owner & Lead Instructor)

My name is Karen Moyer and I’m an experienced aerobic instructor – Lemond® Fitness Certified- who fell in love with indoor cycling. You’ll see my name on the schedule a lot or taking other teachers’ classes for my personal addiction to cycling.

I believe indoor cycling can be a head-to-toe workout while burning calories and building endurance. I focus on the core, and my classes do two series of arms with pushups and free weights.

My husband, MLB pitcher Jamie Moyer uses indoor cycling as a big part of his winter workout conditioning and he carries it over to his in-season training with his own LeMond bike that travels with him to spring training and the season.

At the age of 42 and mother of seven I find myself in the best shape of my life. I am thrilled to have opened Go Legs, Inc.™ in Magnolia. I love that people feel good when they leave and I am so proud of their hard work. I have seen many bodies and minds transform!

KEMPTON BAKER

My name is Kempton Baker. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Indoor Cycling. I am LeMond® Fitness Certified and Advanced Training Certified. I have been riding/racing two wheeled contraptions since I was 5 years old. Once the local ambulance drivers began to know me by name, I figured it was time to leave the motorcycle behind, and concentrate on the slightly safer/slower bicycle. I hope my last breath will be drawn with pedals under my feet. My love for the sport has spilled over on my family and friends. Most of them have bikes now, and half-jokingly call me "Coach K". It’s only in the last few years that I have realized the tremendous benefits gained (not to mention the fact you cannot crash) through Indoor Cycling.  All Group Exercise will improve you physically, but Indoor Cycling is able to train your mental focus as well, and that is what makes it so attractive to me. When I’m not pedaling, I can be found playing my guitar, walking my border collie, taking pictures, or traveling the earth (which usually includes pedaling).

SUE BERGER

My name is Sue Berger, I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years as a group exercise instructor. I am Lemond® Advanced Training Certified. I am ACE certified and am currently the Fitness Director at Harbor Square in Edmonds, Wa . I enjoy working with people, especially helping them succeed in reaching their fitness and life goals. I have pretty much taught everything there is to teach in the fitness world; I have experience in Step, Kickboxing, Salsa, Hip Hop, Body Sculpt, Core training, Interval training, and Cycling. I enjoy them all, but teaching cycling classes is a favorite of mine because it's an exercise environment that includes everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level. Anyone can participate in this exercise and enjoy the experience together. I have my indoor cycling certification with Schwinn Cycling.

In addition to being a group exercise instructor, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 4 children (17, 15, 11, 6), coaching the Shorecrest High School Cheer Squad, and volunteering at my church working with children.

NETANYA BORISH

My name is Netanya Borish. I am a Lemond® Fitness Certified instructor with a great interest in exercise. I have grown up with the knowledge of its importance and as a result I have become very involved in indoor cycling.

I was raised in Magnolia, where my family still lives. Currently I am a student at the University of Washington.  I am studying all sorts of different fields, but I have a special interest in physical activity.

KEVIN OYAMA

I have been a part of the fitness industry for 18 years; I'm certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Group Fitness Instructor (1988) and Personal Trainer (1991), and am LeMond® Fitness Certified and Advanced Training Certified.

My road to fitness as a profession was a circuitous one. In 1981 I earned a degree in music from Cornish College of the Arts. After graduation my search to improve my strength and stamina as a trumpet player led me to aerobic exercise and strength training. Enthusiastic about the obvious benefits of exercise to my overall health I became a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. My goals for myself and my clients have centered on functional fitness, emphasizing preparation for aging.

My current interests include cylcing at Go Legs Inc.™, watching my daughters Nora and Lily play and developing fitness programs for kids.

REGAN RODGERS

My name is Regan Rodgers, and I have been involved in many different types of sports my whole life. I learned early on about the benefits of exercise. I enjoy leading an active lifestyle and I also enjoy the training and discipline required in competition. Because of this dedication to fitness, the decision to help others achieve their goals was a simple one. I am Lemond® Fitness Certified and Advanced Training Certified.

I received my B.S. in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University over 15 years ago and I have been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer ever since. I am currently certified through the American Council on Exercise and the Lemond® Academy. My clinical background includes various types of stress testing including VO2 sub-maximal tests performed on stationary bikes.

I absolutely love the idea of a full body workout performed on a stationary bike. Indoor cycling not only trains the body cardiovascularly, but also helps the body build muscular strength and endurance. Not to mention, the amazing amount of calories burned during one class, or the toxins released from your body.

Besides indoor cycling, I enjoy martial arts, ashtanga yoga, running, skiing, and chasing all my boys.

JULIET ROGER

My name is Juliet Roger and my passion for indoor cycling began when my friend, Karen Moyer, encouraged me to attend her classes at Go Legs. Though I had attended and enjoyed indoor cycling over the last eight years, Go Legs provided by far the best classes, instructors, and schedules available and I too became an addict.

As with most things in life, one reaps the reward of good, hard, honest work. This is especially true with fitness. Indoor cycling is good, hard, honest work that will help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Cycling at Go Legs has literally changed people's lives for the better, including mine. Along with many others, I continue to reach new levels of fitness through cycling. My goal is to inspire others with great music, fun routines and my enthusiam for cycling.

Besides indoor cycling I am a jewelry designer and stay busy with my business and family. I also enjoy piano, cooking, art, and travel.

COURTNEY WILLIAMS (studio manager)

My name is Courtney Williams. I am so excited to be back at Go Legs teaching after having TRIPLETS in the fall! Cycling has helped me get back into shape quickly, and what it does for my peace of mind is even better.

I have always been interested in exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love teaching and sending people home feeling good. I am equally excited to join Karen as manager of her flagship studio in Magnolia and help the business grow and expand.

NANCY DUNBAR

My name is Nancy Dunbar. I started indoor cycling when an old knee injury prevented me from running and doing other physical activities I wanted to do. Spinning not only provided me with the cardiovascular exercise I was looking for, but also very quickly strengthened the muscles in my injured leg enough to allow me to start running and doing everything else again! Turns out, I enjoyed pedaling so much, I bought a bike and am now participating in cycling events such as the Seattle-to-Portland ride. Indoor cycling is now a big part of my exercise routine, I am LeMond certified, and am excited to be teaching here at Go Legs!

In addition to pedaling and running, I stay busy with my three kids, my photography, and life!
